Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot better than OnePlus One, getting a overall score of 87.3 against 63.8. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 has a newer 5.0 version while OnePlus One has Android 4.4.4 version, giving you some additional features. Samsung Galaxy S6 is a newer cellphone, and it's also noticeably thinner and lighter than OnePlus One.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a little bit better looking display than OnePlus One, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy S6 features just a little better processing power than OnePlus One, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a 64 bits processing unit, a faster graphics processing unit and more CPU cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than OnePlus One, because it has more internal storage capacity. The OnePlus One features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and video in poorly lited environments, a back camera with a worse resolution, a tinier sensor offering a lower image quality and a lower (4K) video quality.
OnePlus One counts with greater battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 3100mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 is a bit more expensive than OnePlus One, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
