Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) is a bit better than the OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), with a 77.4 score against 72.8. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has Android 15 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much better performing processing unit than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has 10 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a little bit better display than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has a quite inferior amount of pixels per inch of display, a way worse 1080 x 2280 resolution and a little smaller display.
The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) counts with a little bit more storage to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) counts with a much better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) also has a much bigger camera sensor, a bigger aperture to take better images in low-light environments, faster video frame rates and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has 5700mAh of battery capacity.
