Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Moto G7 Plus has the previous 10 version while OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has Android 15. Motorola Moto G7 Plus counts with a little bit better display than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has a way worse 1080 x 2270 resolution, a little less pixels per inch of display and a much smaller display.
OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Moto G7 Plus, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The Moto G7 Plus features a way better hardware performance than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) counts with a much better camera than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same aperture, the OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) also has a much better resolution back facing camera, a much bigger sensor shooting way higher quality pictures and better video frame rates.
OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has a really longer battery lifetime than Moto G7 Plus, because it has 5700mAh of battery capacity.
