Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is way better than the OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), having a 91.1 score against 72.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has the older 14 version and OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has Android 15 version.
