The Nokia 3.1 Plus is a little bit better than OPPO A83, having a 66.4 score against 60.7. Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia 3.1 Plus has 9.0 Pie version while OPPO A83 has Android 7.1 Nougat version, providing the user some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Although the Nokia 3.1 Plus is newer than the OPPO A83, it is much heavier and thicker.
The OPPO A83 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Nokia 3.1 Plus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OPPO A83 also has more RAM memory. OPPO A83 features a bit more vivid screen than Nokia 3.1 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same 720 x 1440 resolution, the OPPO A83 also counts with a little better pixel number in each display inch.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus's camera is just as good as the OPPO A83 one, and although the Nokia 3.1 Plus has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images, they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back facing camera. Nokia 3.1 Plus has as much storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the OPPO A83 one, both of them have exactly the same internal memory and an external memory slot that holds up to 256 GB.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus counts with just a little bit longer battery life than OPPO A83, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3180mAh.
Nokia 3.1 Plus is not only the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper.
