Google Pixel 4a 5G has a global score of 87.5, which is much better than OPPO A94 5G's overall score of 74.1. Both devices in this comparison come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. The Google Pixel 4a 5G construction is just a little lighter but just a little bit thicker than the OPPO A94 5G, and both of them were released with only 5 months difference.
