Samsung Galaxy A42 is a little bit better than OPPO Find X2, getting a overall score of 87 against 79.7. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A42 has a newer 11 version while OPPO Find X2 has Android 10 version, counting with some nice extra features and better performance. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, it must be noted that it is also a just a bit thicker and just a bit heavier phone.
OPPO Find X2 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OPPO Find X2 also has a higher amount of RAM. OPPO Find X2 has a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a way better pixel amount per display inch, a much better 1440 x 3168 resolution and a little bit larger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 features a greater storage to install applications and games than OPPO Find X2, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. OPPO Find X2 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have the same video definition and a 48 MP camera in the back, the OPPO Find X2 also has higher video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light captures.
Galaxy A42 features greater battery performance than OPPO Find X2, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4200mAh.
