OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit better than the OPPO Find X3 Lite, getting a 77.2 score against 74.1. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, OnePlus 8 Pro's body is older, a little thicker and heavier than the OPPO Find X3 Lite. OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better CPU than OPPO Find X3 Lite. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a brighter display than OPPO Find X3 Lite, because it has a bit more pixels per screen inch, a bit larger display, a really brighter screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3168px. The OnePlus 8 Pro takes a bit better photographs and videos than OPPO Find X3 Lite, although it has a worse (4K) video definition, a back facing camera with a lot lower 48 MP resolution and a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and videos.
The OnePlus 8 Pro's memory capacity to store more apps and games is just as good as OPPO Find X3 Lite's one, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with just a little better battery duration than OPPO Find X3 Lite, because it has a 4510mAh battery size instead of 4300mAh.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it is more expensive than OPPO Find X3 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OPPO Find X3 Lite. If you want to save some money, you can buy OPPO Find X3 Lite, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
