Xperia 1 is better than OPPO Find X3 Lite, having a score of 82.6 against 74.1. Xperia 1's construction is older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than OPPO Find X3 Lite. The Xperia 1 counts with a little sharper screen than OPPO Find X3 Lite, because although it has way less brightness, it also counts with a little bigger screen, a much greater count of pixels per screen inch and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
Xperia 1 features a bit faster CPU than OPPO Find X3 Lite, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The OPPO Find X3 Lite shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OPPO Find X3 Lite also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and faster 30 fps video frame rates.
The Sony Xperia 1 features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than OPPO Find X3 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Sony Xperia 1 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The OPPO Find X3 Lite has improved battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 1, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.
Xperia 1 costs a lot more money than OPPO Find X3 Lite, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
