The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a general score of 81.2, which is a bit better than OPPO Find X3 Neo's 76 general score. These phones have Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a newer 13 version and OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11, providing you lots of additional features. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is a newer phone than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but it is a lot heavier and much thicker.
