Comparison review
The Galaxy M20 has a general score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than OPPO Find X3 Neo's general score of 76. Despite being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy M20 is a way older, just a little heavier and somewhat thicker phone than OPPO Find X3 Neo. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M20 has 10 version and OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11 version.
OPPO Find X3 Neo counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The OPPO Find X3 Neo features a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a just a bit inferior pixels count in each screen inch, it also counts with a quite bigger display and a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a bigger aperture, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera. OPPO Find X3 Neo features a bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
Galaxy M20 has just a little better battery life than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
