The Xperia 5 III is much better than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, with a global score of 90.5 against 76. Although the Xperia 5 III and OPPO Find X3 Neo were released with only a couple months difference, Xperia 5 III's body is a little thicker but also just a little bit lighter than OPPO Find X3 Neo. Both phones in this comparison review work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system).
OPPO Find X3 Neo features a little more vivid screen than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a little bit lower pixels density and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a little larger display. OPPO Find X3 Neo features a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia 5 III, and although they both have 8 cores, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has more RAM.
OPPO Find X3 Neo captures slightly better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has slower 60 fps video frame rates and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also counts with a back camera with a lot better 50 mega pixels resolution.
Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OPPO Find X3 Neo, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB. The Xperia 5 III has a battery performance that is just as good as the OPPO Find X3 Neo one.
