Samsung Rugby Smart has a general score of 59.4, which is a little bit better than the OPPO Mirror 5s's 54.3 score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Rugby Smart has the older 2.3.5 version while OPPO Mirror 5s has Android 5.1 version.
