Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is much better than OPPO Neo 7's overall score of 51.2. Galaxy Note 3 is a noticeably older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker phone than OPPO Neo 7. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version while OPPO Neo 7 has Android 5.1 version.
The Galaxy Note 3 has a brighter display than OPPO Neo 7, because it has way more pixels per display inch, a quite bigger display and a way better 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Galaxy Note 3 features a very superior CPU than OPPO Neo 7, because it has an additional graphics processing unit, a greater number of cores and more RAM.

Galaxy Note 3 counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OPPO Neo 7, because it has 64 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has improved battery lifetime than OPPO Neo 7, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Note 3 is also a bit cheaper.
