Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Nokia 3.1 Plus has the newer 9.0 Pie version while OPPO R7 Plus has Android 5.1. The Nokia 3.1 Plus body is extremely newer and a little bit lighter than the OPPO R7 Plus's, but it's thicker.

OPPO R7 Plus shoots clearer pictures and videos than Nokia 3.1 Plus, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low-light captures and video, and they both have a same resolution camera, the OPPO R7 Plus also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video definition.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Nokia 3.1 Plus is also by far the cheapest, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
