Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has an overall score of 80.7, which is much better than the OPPO R7's 58.9 global score. Even being the best device in this review, it must be told that it's also older, a lot thicker and heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and OPPO R7 has Android 4.4 version.
The OPPO R7 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the OPPO R7 also counts with a bit greater pixel amount per inch in the screen. The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better processing unit than OPPO R7, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note 3 also has more cores and an additional GPU.
The Galaxy Note 3 has a much better memory to install applications and games than OPPO R7, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 shoots clearer pictures and videos than OPPO R7, and although they both have the same aperture and a 13 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has a much higher video quality.
Galaxy Note 3 has a much longer battery duration than OPPO R7, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also cheap compared to the OPPO R7.
