OPPO Reno 10x Zoom has a better camera than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom also has a larger sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures, better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a larger aperture to take better low-light captures and a way better resolution camera.
The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 15% greater battery size.
