Huawei P40 Lite is a bit better than the OPPO Reno2, getting a 79.5 score against 73.9. Both devices in this comparison review come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Although the Huawei P40 Lite and the OPPO Reno2 were released only 5 months apart, the Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit thinner and a bit lighter.
The Huawei P40 Lite and OPPO Reno2 count with quite similar displays, although the Huawei P40 Lite has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, a quite smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2310px resolution. Huawei P40 Lite has a processing unit that is very similar to the OPPO Reno2 one, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
OPPO Reno2 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 48 mega pixels and a same size sensor, the OPPO Reno2 also has a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a bigger camera aperture for better low-light captures and videos.
The OPPO Reno2 features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a little better battery duration than OPPO Reno2, because it has a 4200mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
