Comparison review
LG G8S ThinQ is better than OPPO Reno2, with a general score of 82.5 against 73.9. These phones use Android OS, but the LG G8S ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while OPPO Reno2 has Android 10. The LG G8S ThinQ is a somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter phone than the OPPO Reno2, even though they were released only a couple months apart.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a bit sharper display than OPPO Reno2, although it has a little bit lower 1080 x 2248 resolution, a just a little lower pixel density and a little bit smaller display. OPPO Reno2 features a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
LG G8S ThinQ has a little better hardware performance than OPPO Reno2, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. OPPO Reno2 shoots better photos and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OPPO Reno2 also counts with a much higher resolution camera in the back and a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments.
OPPO Reno2 counts with a little better battery lifetime than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
