The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is a little bit better than OPPO Reno2, getting a global score of 79.8 against 73.9. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 10 operating system, so both should count with the same operating system features. Even though OnePlus 7 Pro 5G and OPPO Reno2 were released with only 5 months difference, OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's design is just a bit heavier but also a little bit thinner.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a little more vivid display than OPPO Reno2, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a bit larger display and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution. OPPO Reno2 has much more memory for apps and games than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the OPPO Reno2 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit superior processing unit than OPPO Reno2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G shoots slightly better pictures and videos than OPPO Reno2, and although they both have a same size back-facing camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a bigger aperture and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's battery life is just as good as OPPO Reno2's battery lifetime.
