Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is much better than the OPPO Reno2, with an 81.9 score against 73.9. Even being the best we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is an a lot older, just a little thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than OPPO Reno2. Galaxy S8 Active's processing unit is just as good as OPPO Reno2's processor, and although the Galaxy S8 Active has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a bit better looking display than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater number of pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. The OPPO Reno2 takes better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OPPO Reno2 also has a lot larger back camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a camera with a much better resolution.
The OPPO Reno2 has a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 192 GB more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy S8 Active counts with a battery life that's just as good as OPPO Reno2's battery life.
