The Xperia 1 has a global score of 82.6, which is much better than OPPO Reno2's 73.9 general score. Even when Xperia 1 and the OPPO Reno2 were released only a few months apart, Xperia 1 is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner. The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a more vivid display than OPPO Reno2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot better pixels number per screen inch.
Sony Xperia 1 counts with a bit better processor than OPPO Reno2, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. OPPO Reno2 features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB, the OPPO Reno2 also has 128 GB more internal storage.
OPPO Reno2 features greater battery performance than Sony Xperia 1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3330mAh. OPPO Reno2 takes much better photos and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, the OPPO Reno2 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels, faster 30 frames per second video frame rates and a way larger back camera sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality.
