Comparison review

Xperia 10 II is just a bit better than OPPO Reno2, having a global score of 78.5 against 73.9. Both devices in this comparison work with the same Android 10 operating system, so both of them should offer very similar OS features. The Xperia 10 II construction is thinner and noticeably lighter than OPPO Reno2, although both of them were released with only a couple months difference.

The Xperia 10 II has a bit sharper display than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520. The OPPO Reno2 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia 10 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OPPO Reno2 also has a larger amount of RAM.

The OPPO Reno2 has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia 10 II, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB against 1000 GB, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The OPPO Reno2 has a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia 10 II, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.

The OPPO Reno2 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the OPPO Reno2 also has a back camera with much more mega-pixels, a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality and a larger aperture.
