Comparison review

Xperia Z4v is a little bit better than OPPO Reno2, with a 78.8 score against 73.9. Xperia Z4v's design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than OPPO Reno2, although it was released 4 years before. Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z4v has the older 5.1 version and OPPO Reno2 has Android 10.

Sony Xperia Z4v has a brighter display than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater pixel quantity per display inch. The Xperia Z4v has just a little better processing power than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a GPU.

The OPPO Reno2 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xperia Z4v, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the OPPO Reno2 also has a back camera with way more mega pixels, a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited environments.

The OPPO Reno2 features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Xperia Z4v, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The OPPO Reno2 counts with superior battery performance than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
