Comparison review

Xperia Z5 Premium is a bit better than OPPO Reno2, getting a 79.8 score against 73.9. The Xperia Z5 Premium is an a lot older device than OPPO Reno2, but it's a little bit lighter and thinner anyway. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version while OPPO Reno2 has Android 10.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has an incredibly better display than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater screen pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a little better processing power than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processing unit.

OPPO Reno2 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the OPPO Reno2 also has a back facing camera with a much higher resolution, a bigger back camera sensor which gives a higher image and video quality and a bigger aperture to take better photos in low light situations.

The OPPO Reno2 has a superior storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 256 GB internal memory. OPPO Reno2 has a little better battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery size.
