Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro is a bit better than the OPPO Reno2, having a general score of 75.7 against 73.9. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro is a noticeably newer phone, and it's also a bit lighter and thinner than the OPPO Reno2. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has the newer 12 version while OPPO Reno2 has Android 10, so it counts with lots of additional features.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a slightly better looking display than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a bit inferior pixels amount per display inch, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a little bit larger screen. The OPPO Reno2 features a way better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Reno2 also has more RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro takes just a bit better photos and videos than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light images, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a higher 50 mega-pixels resolution camera.
The OPPO Reno2 counts with a superior memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features superior battery life than OPPO Reno2, because it has a 25% greater battery capacity.
