Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is way better than OPPO Reno3 Pro's global score of 72. These phones include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding OS features. Despite being the best in this review, we must highlight that it is also a little thicker and somewhat heavier.
OPPO Reno3 Pro features a little sharper display than Huawei P40 Pro, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bit smaller display. Huawei P40 Pro has as much memory to install applications and games as the OPPO Reno3 Pro one, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory.
Huawei P40 Pro has a little faster processing unit than OPPO Reno3 Pro. Both have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM. The Huawei P40 Pro shoots a bit better pictures and videos than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video definition, a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images and a back camera with way less MP resolution, it also counts with a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
The Huawei P40 Pro features a bit superior battery performance than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because it has a 4 percent greater battery capacity.
