LG Velvet is much better than the OPPO Reno3 Pro, having an 87.1 score against 72. Even though LG Velvet and OPPO Reno3 Pro were only released 2 months apart, LG Velvet's design is a little heavier but just a little bit thinner. The LG Velvet features just a bit better performance than OPPO Reno3 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
OPPO Reno3 Pro has a brighter screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels density. LG Velvet features a much greater memory for games and applications than OPPO Reno3 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
OPPO Reno3 Pro features just a bit better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a back camera with a lot better 64 MP resolution and a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures.
The LG Velvet has a bit better battery life than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
