The Moto G31 is a little bit better than OPPO Reno3 Pro, having a 77 score against 72. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Moto G31 has the newer 11 version and OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features and a performance increase. Moto G31's construction is newer than the OPPO Reno3 Pro's, but it's a bit thicker and just a bit heavier.
The OPPO Reno3 Pro has a better display than Moto G31. They have the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, a same size display and a greater amount of pixels per inch in the display. OPPO Reno3 Pro has just a bit better performance than Moto G31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Moto G31 has a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 1 TB. OPPO Reno3 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Moto G31, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with much more MP.
Moto G31 features superior battery performance than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because it has a 24 percent more battery capacity.
