Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's design is a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than OPPO Reno3 Pro, although it was released 4 years before. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has 8.0 Oreo version while OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10.

The OPPO Reno3 Pro counts with just a bit better looking display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a larger screen.
