Sony Xperia 1 II is much better than the OPPO Reno3 Pro, with a 91 score against 72. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Sony Xperia 1 II has newer 11 version while OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10. The Sony Xperia 1 II body is just a little bit thinner but a bit heavier than OPPO Reno3 Pro, and they were released only 3 months apart.
Xperia 1 II has a bit better CPU than OPPO Reno3 Pro. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM amount. Xperia 1 II counts with a bit sharper screen than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because it has a way greater pixel count per inch in the display, a bit larger display and a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The OPPO Reno3 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Xperia 1 II, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller aperture, and they both have a 0.59 inches sensor and the same (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera.
Xperia 1 II has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a battery life that's just as good as OPPO Reno3 Pro's battery life, although the Sony Xperia 1 II has just 4000mAh battery size against 4025mAh.
