Xiaomi 15 is better than the OPPO Reno3 Pro, with a overall score of 80.6 against 72. Xiaomi 15's construction has the same thickness than the OPPO Reno3 Pro, but it's a bit heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 15 has a more recent 14 version and OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10.
