Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features. Even though Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is better than OPPO Reno3 Pro, it must be noted that it's also an older, somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker phone.
