The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is just a bit better than the OPPO Reno3 Pro, with a 75.8 score against 72. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is a just a bit heavier device than OPPO Reno3 Pro, but both of them are 0.32inches thick. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has 8.0 Oreo version while OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10, providing the user some extra features.
OPPO Reno3 Pro has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory. OPPO Reno3 Pro has a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a quite larger display, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a just a little greater pixels count per display inch.
OPPO Reno3 Pro shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a much better 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a way better (4K) video quality and a bigger aperture. OPPO Reno3 Pro features a slightly bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's battery life is very similar to the battery life in OPPO Reno3 Pro, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 4025mAh.
