The OPPO Reno4 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a bit inferior amount of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.

OPPO Reno4 Pro counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The OPPO Reno4 Pro captures much better videos and photos than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a F1.7 camera aperture, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality and a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back.
The OPPO Reno4 Pro has a little better battery duration than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
