The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has an overall score of 85.2, which is much better than the OPPO Reno4 Pro's 72.1 overall score. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) construction is older, just a little thicker and heavier than OPPO Reno4 Pro. The OPPO Reno4 Pro has a brighter display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a little bit more pixels per inch of display, a bit bigger screen and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than OPPO Reno4 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. OPPO Reno4 Pro features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
OPPO Reno4 Pro counts with just a bit better battery life than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3800mAh. OPPO Reno4 Pro shoots better videos and photos than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a F1.7 aperture, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has a camera with way more mega pixels and a way larger back camera sensor.
