Comparison review
The Galaxy M40 is better than OPPO Reno4 Pro, having a score of 85 against 72.1. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. The Galaxy M40 is an older, just a little heavier and a little bit thicker phone than OPPO Reno4 Pro.
OPPO Reno4 Pro features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a little bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. OPPO Reno4 Pro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy M40, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM.
OPPO Reno4 Pro counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same aperture, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has a camera with a way better 48 megapixels resolution and a lot larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
The Samsung Galaxy M40 features a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than OPPO Reno4 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The OPPO Reno4 Pro has just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy M40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
