Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is much better than the OPPO Reno4 Pro's general score of 72.1. Although Sony Xperia XZ Premium is a better cellphone than the OPPO Reno4 Pro, we must note that it is also way older, somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker. Xperia XZ Premium and OPPO Reno4 Pro both feature quite similar processing units, and although the Xperia XZ Premium has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a more vivid screen than OPPO Reno4 Pro, because although it has much worse brightness and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 2160 x 3840px resolution and a way higher pixels number per display inch. The OPPO Reno4 Pro shoots better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video quality, the OPPO Reno4 Pro also has a back-facing camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution, a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features slightly more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than OPPO Reno4 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB. OPPO Reno4 Pro features longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3230mAh.
