The HTC One M9 has an overall score of 77.7, which is slightly better than OPPO Reno5 Pro's 71.9 overall score. Even though the HTC One M9 is noticeably older and thicker than OPPO Reno5 Pro, it's construction is still a little bit lighter. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the HTC One M9 has an older 5.0 version and OPPO Reno5 Pro has Android 11 version.
The HTC One M9 features just a bit better looking screen than OPPO Reno5 Pro, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density. The OPPO Reno5 Pro counts with a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The HTC One M9 has a bit faster processor than OPPO Reno5 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional GPU and a 64 bits processor. OPPO Reno5 Pro features a much longer battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 4350mAh of battery capacity.
OPPO Reno5 Pro has a superior camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the OPPO Reno5 Pro also has a camera with lot more mega pixels and a lot bigger aperture to take better low light captures.
