Microsoft Surface Duo is just a bit better than OPPO Reno5 Pro, having a 78.8 score against 71.9. The Microsoft Surface Duo design is way heavier but noticeably thinner than the OPPO Reno5 Pro, and both were only released 4 months apart. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but Microsoft Surface Duo has older 10 version while OPPO Reno5 Pro has Android 11 version.
OPPO Reno5 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater display density. The Microsoft Surface Duo has as much storage capacity for games and applications as OPPO Reno5 Pro, both have equal 128 GB internal storage.
Microsoft Surface Duo features a little bit better hardware performance than OPPO Reno5 Pro, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. The OPPO Reno5 Pro has a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the OPPO Reno5 Pro also counts with a larger camera aperture and a lot higher 64 MP resolution back camera.
The OPPO Reno5 Pro has better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4350mAh of battery capacity instead of 3577mAh.
