The Galaxy S5 has a global score of 80.8, which is much better than the OPPO Reno5 Pro's general score of 71.9. Both phones in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S5 has the newer 4.4.2 version and OPPO Reno5 Pro has Android 11 version, so it gives some additional features and some performance improvements. The Galaxy S5 is a notably older and just a little thicker cellphone than OPPO Reno5 Pro, but Samsung could make it somewhat lighter anyway.
OPPO Reno5 Pro counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S5 features a bit sharper display than OPPO Reno5 Pro, because although it has a much smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a greater pixel density.
The OPPO Reno5 Pro has a better camera than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Reno5 Pro also has a much larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos in poorly lited situations and a way more mega pixels back camera.
The OPPO Reno5 Pro counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. OPPO Reno5 Pro features a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 55% larger battery size.
