Xiaomi Black Shark has a general score of 80.4, which is much better than the OPPO Reno5 Pro's score of 71.9. Although it's the best phone in this review, we must note that it is also a lot older, somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Black Shark has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and OPPO Reno5 Pro has Android 11.
The OPPO Reno5 Pro has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a quite bigger screen, a really brighter screen, a little bit greater pixel count in each screen inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. Xiaomi Black Shark features just a little better processing power than OPPO Reno5 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
OPPO Reno5 Pro captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the OPPO Reno5 Pro also has a camera with way more mega-pixels and a larger camera aperture to take better photos and videos in low light situations.
The Xiaomi Black Shark features as much memory capacity to install applications and games as the OPPO Reno5 Pro one, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. OPPO Reno5 Pro counts with a bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a 4350mAh battery size.
