The Motorola Edge 40 has a little bit better display than OPPO Reno6 5G, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a little bit bigger display and a way brighter display.
The Motorola Edge 40 and OPPO Reno6 5G have really similar memory for games and applications, they have the same 128 GB internal storage. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a bit superior battery life than OPPO Reno6 5G, because it has a 2 percent larger battery capacity. Motorola Edge 40 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than OPPO Reno6 5G, because although it has a much less mega pixels back facing camera and a worse (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light photography and video.
