The OnePlus 8 UW is just a bit better than the OPPO Reno6 5G, having a score of 75.9 against 73.9. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but OnePlus 8 UW has an older 10 version while OPPO Reno6 5G has Android 11 version. OnePlus 8 UW is an older and a little thicker cellphone than OPPO Reno6 5G, but OnePlus was able to build it a bit lighter anyway.
OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little more vivid display than OPPO Reno6 5G, because although it has a bit worse pixels density, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with more brightness and a quite bigger screen. OnePlus 8 UW features as much storage to install applications and games as the OPPO Reno6 5G one, they have equal 128 GB internal storage.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with just a bit better hardware performance than OPPO Reno6 5G. Both have the same number of cores and 8 GB of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little bit better camera than OPPO Reno6 5G, although it has a back camera with lot less mega-pixels, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photos and video in low light situations.
The OPPO Reno6 5G and the OnePlus 8 UW count with similar batteries performance.
