The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is better than the OPPO Reno6 5G, getting an 85.2 score against 73.9. Although it's the best device in this review, we must note that it is also an a lot older, just a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker device. OPPO Reno6 5G counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a little bit greater quantity of pixels per display inch, a bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
Galaxy A9 (2018) counts with much more storage capacity for games and applications than OPPO Reno6 5G, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The OPPO Reno6 5G has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OPPO Reno6 5G also has more RAM memory.
The OPPO Reno6 5G has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a 13 percent more battery size. OPPO Reno6 5G captures clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same diafragm aperture, the OPPO Reno6 5G also has a camera in the back with a much higher 64 MP resolution.
