Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 is a little bit better than the OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G, having a general score of 79.5 against 77. Both phones we are comparing here work with Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 8 has 14 version and OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G has Android 11. The Asus ROG Phone 8 body is thicker and noticeably heavier than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a bit more vivid display than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400px resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a way brighter screen and a little bigger screen. Asus ROG Phone 8 and OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G feature incredibly similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, they have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory.
OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G features a much greater processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8. They have 12 GB of RAM and 8 cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way better battery performance than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a bit better camera than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos and a back facing camera with much less MP, it also counts with a lot better video definition.
