OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 general score. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G has a more recent 11 version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version. The OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G design is a bit thinner and just a little lighter than the OnePlus 8 UW.
OnePlus 8 UW features a bit sharper screen than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G, and although they both have a higher pixel number per inch of display, a screen of the same size and the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a brighter display. The OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G features much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity.
OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G features a bit more powerful CPU than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW has a much longer battery duration than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G. The OnePlus 8 UW shoots clearer photos and videos than OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and videos in poorly lited situations, a way less mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse (4K) video resolution.
