The Huawei Nova 9 is much better than OSCAL Tiger 13, with a overall score of 81 against 73.4. The Huawei Nova 9 is a somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner cellphone than the OSCAL Tiger 13. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Huawei Nova 9 has the older 11 version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14 version.
