The Galaxy Fold has a global score of 97.6, which is way better than the OSCAL Tiger 13's score of 73.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14, so it provides lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
