The Galaxy J8 has a score of 76.7, which is a little bit better than the OSCAL Tiger 13's overall score of 73.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy J8 has the older 10 version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14 version. Galaxy J8 is a somewhat lighter and just a little thinner cellphone than the OSCAL Tiger 13.

The OSCAL Tiger 13 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy J8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OSCAL Tiger 13 also has more RAM. OSCAL Tiger 13 counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
